Hints:

Set DC on inputs 1 PPS signals are connected to,
Select measurement function and inputs,
Set Sample Interval to 0,
Use Autoset or set Trigger Mode to Manual and set Trigger Level to the middle of 1 PPS signal voltage range.

Same is most of the time true for signals below 100 Hz.
